Black Pearl Boutique Chicago offers returns for store credit ONLY. Once an order has been placed, there are no cancellations or refunds. Please contact Black Pearl Boutique Chicago within three days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. You will receive a coupon code to use toward a future purchase, pending the items are returned in the same condition sent. The item is considered a final sale on the fourth day following your purchase date. All SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE! A store credit for returned merchandise is not inclusive of shipping charges. Sale or Discounted Items, Sale Promotion Items and Accessories are Final Sale.
